Wigan Beer Festival

Held in the Robin Park Arena, the Wigan Beer Festival will feature over 70 real ales as well as beers from around the world, cider and perries. The festival is organised by CAMRA, the campaign for real ale and provides a chance for ale drinkers to help promote and support the campaign. With over 70 real ales, drinkers can explore the world of ale, sample new ale and drink plenty of their favourites. The cider and perries bar will be stocked with lots of beverages for visitors to enjoy who aren’t big fans of ale. The craft and foreign bar offer more unique and interesting ales, perfect for ale enthusiasts looking for something out of the ordinary.

The purpose of a beer festival is to celebrate beer and allow visitors to enjoy and explore new beers from breweries from the local area and across the UK. The Wigan Beer Festival takes this into account and holds quiet sessions to allow customers to enjoy beer tasting in a quiet environment. After this, the entertainment at the remaining sessions will begin helping to create a lively atmosphere. Entertainment will include live music from local bands and artists, games and tombola. So make sure you choose the right event, depending on whether you prefer a quiet festival or lively environment for beer tasting.

Note, please check the event website before attending. Dates can change and events can get cancelled, we can not be held responsible.
