Eat Your Hert Out celebrates the very best independent gastro pubs, restaurants and food retailers from across Hertfordshire. Visitors are encouraged to purchase tasting dishes and enjoy gourmet food whilst enjoying live bands and later in the day, a DJ. There will be food and cocktail masterclasses and children’s entertainment – with a special children’s masterclass held by a Great British Bake Off finalist.

Eat Your Hert Out will be a foodie’s paradise and a weekend to remember for all the family. It will not only bring the Hertfordshire foodie community together, it will support a local charity by donating 50% of its’ ticket sales to Abel Smith School (charity no: 1047708). They will use this money to promote healthy eating, encourage the physical development of the children and improve facilities. The school also provides the venue for the event.
